VICTOR K. LAI, CFA, MBA

Victor Lai is Managing Director at Bellwether Capital Management LLC. He began his financial services career in 2002 and has worked in investment management, private equity, and banking. Victor earned a BA from the University of California, Berkeley, an MBA from Texas A&M University, and a CFA charter from the CFA Institute.

CHARLES D. TRACY, CFA, MBA

Charles Tracy began his financial services career in 2011 and worked at Franklin Templeton Investments and Morgan Stanley. He earned a BA from St. Mary's College of California, an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management, and a CFA charter from the CFA Institute. Charles is a director on BCM's advisory board.

GAVEN I. KHAN, MBA

Gaven Khan has over two decades of management and consulting experience. He previously held Vice President positions at Citigroup and KAPS Consulting. He is also the founder and President of consulting firm GK Partners. Gaven earned a BS from George Mason University and an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management. Gaven is a director on BCM's advisory board.
